Work Visa Georgia (WVG) is an international employment agency licensed by Georgia's Ministry of Labour, specialising in the selection, preparation and presentation of Georgian candidates to foreign employers.
The company was founded in 2024 and its primary area of activity is the legal employment of Georgian citizens in Israel.
Work Visa Georgia's goal is to organise the international employment process to professional, transparent and legally sound standards — for both candidates and foreign partner companies.
To date, over 120 Georgian citizens have found employment in Israel with our assistance. The majority of our candidates work in the construction and industrial sectors, where professional skills, responsibility and reliability are of particular importance.

Candidate Selection System

After registration, each candidate goes through an initial assessment stage during which their professional experience, contact details and suitability for the specific programme requirements are verified.
The next stage involves the preparation and checking of documentation.
If required, candidates undergo additional professional assessment, an interview or a practical skills check.
The final decision on accepting a candidate is always made by the foreign employer.
