Additional information

Information for those interested in working in Israel

We are inviting men aged 25 to 49 with 3–4 years of experience in the construction sector to work in Israel for a period of up to 5 years.

Our partner company, PROJECT PRO, has already employed construction workers sent through us, and we plan to send up to 500 more specialists this year.

The minimum salary is $2,500, and PROJECT PRO provides free accommodation in fully equipped housing. All other details are specified in the employment contract.

The service fee charged by our agency is the equivalent of $3,000 in GEL, which is paid in two installments. The payment procedure is described in our contract and below in this information.

The document preparation process, acceptance of documents by the Israeli Ministry of Construction and the Israeli Police Office, as well as obtaining entry permits, purchasing tickets, and the departure period, takes approximately 45–60 working days, depending on the processing times of the relevant Israeli authorities.

Please note: the candidate must not have been deported from Israel, be banned from entry, or have a status of "undesirable visitor".

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in the construction field

  • Ability to work at heights

  • Ability to work in hot weather

  • Must be able to perform all required tasks at construction sites

  • Working hours may be up to 12 hours (especially during concrete pouring), and payment is accordingly adjusted

  • Must work for at least 6 months under the employment contract signed with PROJECT PRO

The procedure is as follows:

The candidate submits a passport and ID at our office located at:

Tbilisi, Isani, Navtlughi St. N10, "Archi" Complex, Building C, Entrance 3, Floor 1, Office 29a

At the office, the candidate:

  • Takes part in an interview

  • Reviews the employment terms in Israel

  • Reviews the employment contract with PROJECT PRO

  • Reviews the documents required for submission to the Israeli Police Office

If the candidate agrees to proceed, they sign a service agreement with our agency for preparatory services related to employment at PROJECT PRO and then pay an initial deposit of 1,000 GEL within 2 banking days.

The Israeli Ministry of Construction evaluates the candidate based on the submitted documents, which takes 3–4 weeks (depending on the ministry).

Once the ministry gives approval, the candidate must submit the following documents within 1 week, including:

  1. Criminal record certificate (translated into English and notarized)

  2. Declaration form (provided by Israel, translated into English, notarized, and apostilled)

  3. Affidavit form (provided by Israel, translated into English and notarized)

  4. Medical form (provided by Israel and certified by a medical institution)

  5. Employment contract signed by the candidate and PROJECT PRO, outlining all rights, obligations, salary, benefits, vacation, etc.

The cost of preparing these documents is approximately 650 GEL, paid directly by the candidate at the House of Justice, notary office, and medical clinic.

Once these documents are submitted to Israeli authorities, the Israeli Police Office processes them within approximately 2 weeks.

If the candidate is rejected by the Ministry of Construction or the Police Office for reasons not related to the candidate, the full prepayment will be refunded.

However, if the candidate intentionally provides false information that leads to rejection (e.g., prior deportation, entry ban, undesirable status, known health issues), the prepayment is not refunded.

After approval by the police office, the candidate purchases a plane ticket to Israel, and the Israeli government issues an entry permit.

1–2 days before departure, the candidate transfers the remaining payment of the agency fee: $3,000 in GEL – 1,000 GEL already paid = the balance.

At Tel Aviv airport, a representative of PROJECT PRO will meet the worker and take them to their accommodation. Afterward, their passport will be submitted to the Israeli Visa Department, where they will receive a work visa, which is renewable annually for up to 5 years, provided they legally continue working in Israel.

Throughout the worker's legal stay and employment in Israel, we maintain constant communication with them and monitor the fulfillment of the employment contract signed between the candidate and PROJECT PRO.
