We collaborate only with international partners who meet the following criteria:

- Are officially registered and certified in their country of operation;
- Fully comply with international and local legal requirements for the employment of foreign workers;
- Have a physical office, an active website, and maintain consistent communication;
- Hold existing agreements with the enterprises where our recruited workers will be employed;
- Provide a full outline of employment conditions, including salary, working hours, accommodation, and other key aspects;
- Accept full responsibility for workers’ compensation, living conditions, and legal employment/residency status in the host country.
