1. Estimated Monthly Net Salary
 

200 hours * 2500 HUF = 500,000 HUF

230 hours * 2500 HUF = 575,000 HUF

Averaged net salary: 537,500 HUF (depending on the number of working days in
the given month)

2. Salary Progression & Increases

Employees receive a salary increase (5%) every six months if the construction manager

evaluates their work positively. 
As of May 2025, the exchange rate is 1 EUR = 403 HUF

4. Workers’ Language Requirements

We have employees who speak Russian and Ukrainian, and they will coordinate the new
employees.

5. Worker Submission Process

- Please provide a detailed breakdown of the worker submission process, including:
- Required steps
- Necessary documents
- Estimated processing time

In the first step, they should send a photocopy of their passport and their mother's maiden
name, along with their exact place of birth. » After that, our company will apply for their TAJ
number, which is necessary for their registration in Hungary. This process takes about 8-10
days. After receiving the TAJ number, they can enter the country and start working. + They
can stay in Hungary without a visa for 90 days. During this time, we will apply for their visa,
which takes about 1.5-2 months. (This means one working day off for the employee.)
